Chris is a Managing Director at Wolverine Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, as well as partnering with management teams to drive long-term value creation across the firm's investments. Chris brings more than a decade of experience advising founders, management teams, and boards of directors on strategic transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, software, industrial, and business services. Prior to joining Wolverine Capital Partners, Chris was a Vice President at Greenhill & Co., where he advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other strategic alternatives. Chris earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Mike founded Wolverine Capital Partners more than 20 years ago and brings extensive experience as a strategic and financial advisor to a diverse range of domestic and international companies. Mr. Davis is passionate about building and growing businesses, supporting U.S. manufacturing, and fostering entrepreneurship. During his investment banking career, primarily at Oppenheimer & Co., he originated and led more than 220 capital market transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $4.3 billion. Prior to founding Wolverine Capital Partners, Mr. Davis served as President and CEO of Michigan PNC Bank, where he was responsible for more than 4,600 employees and 250 branch offices. He earned a B.A. from Albion College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Davis also served as an adjunct professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan for 12 years.
